Our Thorough Standard Service Includes the Following:

Bathroom(s)

• Clean mildew from ceiling.
• Clean and sanitize showers, tubs, and sinks.
• Scrub and disinfect toilet inside and out.
• Clean and dry polish all mirrors, chrome, and tile.
• Damp-wipe cabinet faces.
• Clean all shelves and fixtures.
• Wash and disinfect floors.

Kitchen

• Clean and sanitize all appliance surfaces and sink.
• Clean and sanitize range top.
• Wash and disinfect countertops.
• Damp-wipe Cabinet faces, table, and chairs.
• Clean microwave oven inside and out, including turntable.
• Wash and disinfect floors.

Every Room

• Remove cobwebs.
• Dust light fixtures, lamps, molding, electronics, baseboards, etc.
• Vacuum cloth furniture, including under cushions.
• Clean glass surfaces including TV or monitor screens.
• Vacuum/Mop all floors, including rugs and stairs.
• Dry polish wood floors.
• Empty wastebaskets.

The basic rate for maid service is $30 per hour (per cleaner) with a 2 hour minimum. Jobs requiring 4 hours or less will typically need only one cleaner. If you do not need all of the services provided in the list above or you have a budget in mind, please call us to discuss your specific needs. We will work with you to customize the service.
NOTE: If you must cancel an appointment we require at least 24 hours notice. A $50 fee will be assessed for late cancellations or lockouts.
